Hi, I’m Emily — baker, mom, and founder of Greenwood Village Sourdough.
​
My path to sourdough started long before I baked my first loaf. With a master's in dietetics and nutrition and a background in public health, I've always been drawn to the role food plays in supporting well-being and bringing people together.
​
Years later, in the early days of motherhood, a jar of starter landed on my doorstep. Amid the chaos of life with little ones, I found something steady and satisfying in the rhythm of sourdough. Five years later, it still amazes me how just three ingredients—flour, water, and salt—can come together to create something so wholesome and satisfying.
​
What started as a simple practice eventually grew into this microbakery. It's a space where everything comes together—good food, nourishment, and connection through something as simple as bread.
